Calculating the Expression Number

The Expression Number is derived by assigning numerical values to the letters of your full birth name using the following table:

A	B	C	D	E	F	G	H	I
J	K	L	M	N	O	P	Q	R
S	T	U	V	W	X	Y	Z

The values are then summed up. For instance, if your birth name is John Smith, the calculation would involve assigning numbers to J (1), O (6), H (8), N (5), S (1), M (4), I (9), T (2), H (8). The sum would be 1+6+8+5+1+4+9+2+8 = 44, and further reduced to 4+4 = 8. In this example, the Expression Number is 8.
